We went there on a Tuesday expecting to take a tour but they only have tours on Saturday. By chance, all the bison were in the stable just behind their store and the owner took us back and showed the bison and gave us a full history. She didn't have to do that but was very happy to show us. We then purchased some bison meat that I threw in our cooler for grilling later. It was worth taking the time to stop there.
I would recommend a visit for children far away from the larger bison sanctuaries.
Went to the bison farm to get some meat. Took my brother who had never been there. I went last year with the Bonner Senior Center. One of the brothers who owns the farm was there. He spent almost an hour talking to us about the farm and what it took to run the farm, how they got the bison, how it all started, among other things. It was very interesting. I enjoyed myself. He told us tours start in June. I will be bringing my brother back for a tour. They are really fun and informative. I would recommend taking a tour.

Drove up from Lafayette but there was noboy there and nobody answered the phone...
