A low price for poor uncommunicative service. I had my bike in for a simple tuneup, and it was returned with the rear brake nearly useless (it worked fine when dropped off). He mentioned "I didn't have time to test ride it." I quickly rode the bike and told him that the rear brake didn't feel right, and his response was that "The front brake does most of the work anyhow."
