The lady I spoke with was very incompetent in taking orders. She asked me to text her a picture of what I was wanting. So I did. She kept asking me if I knew how to work her cell phone so she could get it pulled up (I’m in TX). Then she said she’d have her daughter come up there to do it for her. She got the pic and told me she had everything she needed to do what I was wanting (the image I sent her came off of her own website). Customer Service was amazing! Flowers were beautiful! No complaints!
I ordered a fall arrangement with pumpkin vase. Was notified they did not have the sunflowers, I agreed to different flowers. I was notified again they did not have the pumpkin base, so I just cancelled my order for a refund. Worst florist I’ve ever dealt with, if you dont have the flowers and vase that’s on your website it should be removed. One star for this being such a hassle.
