I have three teenagers with a variety of electronics that they seem to think were made by Tonka - phones, iPads, Chromebooks, laptops - things get dropped a LOT. After having to pay for an iPhone screen replacement a few years ago, I started making sure that every new phone gets the screen protector plan. I took my switch pro controller here because it had stick drift. They said they could replace the sticks with better ones to fix the problem. I went for it. What happened was they broke the board inside my controller and it was in worse shape than it was when I brought it in. My controller worked before and now it doesn't work at all. Just buy a new controller if you have drift because it'll break if someone tries to fix it and you will end up needing to anyway. They refunded me. I brought my laptop in with a display that wasn’t working. They told me on 3 separate occasions they had the parts and could fix it. The laptop would still display if connected to a monitor and I was using it for work temporarily. After bringing it into their shop they told me they could not fix it and could not order the parts. Not only that they gave me my laptop back in worse condition, it will not even work with a monitor now. And they are claiming it wasn’t their fault and will not remedy the issue or replace my laptop.... read more

This place is great!!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They replaced a battery in my I pod that I bought in 2003, what other place does that! Hard to get stuff at reasonable prices, believe me give it a try I know you will love it.
