They are quite unprofessional. I called them to make an appointment. Whomever answered the phone was very rude. I asked about window repair. All he could say was “we don’t have nobody now.” So you don’t offer appointments. They need to close

Charged me $12 for a glass cut. A day before he said he would charged me $5.

This individual was extremely unprofessional. He took my payment and then stopped responding altogether. I would strongly advise against using his services — in my experience, he acted dishonestly and cannot be trusted.

Needed to replace a window in my side door. Spoke to a guy on 6.9.25. He asked me to send a photo, then quoted me $155 to fix after seeing the photo. Said they could come out today, 06.10.25 and would call me to set up the visit. Never called. Did not reply to follow up text messages following up on expectation of a call/repair visit. I called the number and they answered the phone and then hung up without saying anything. I called right back and it just rang with no answer.
