The only saving grace of this location is that the earlier half of the week is relatively slow, so you can get in and out quickly. Unfortunately, the atmosphere inside is incredibly draining. There needs to be a better system for keeping your place in line because people come in and everyone just kind of stands around unsure of what to do or where to go. A sign in sheet, or an iPad sign in, or even a take a number system would be sufficient. They do allow dogs, which was nice. The employees were really helpful and got my issue resolved with minimal time and effort.
Offered $100 cash for an on-site VIN inspection for a non-running vehicle, 20 minutes round trip, easier, safer, cheaper for everyone involved, and they were simply incorregible.
