I left my dog there for three days and picked her up with dog urine and poop all over her bedding soaked through and my dog smelling just like it. And acted like it was no big deal. Won't be back.

Have a special needs boy that stayed 10 days at the pet resort. Excellent care and communication. Put our minds at ease to have such caring staff love on our Baker.
I took my 8 month old teacup Yorkie and yesterday and when I picked her up her toenails left claw marks all on my arms that was not that way when she went and supposedly they were trimming her toenails she came out not even looking anywhere near the puppy I dropped off she had no hair still just know are they shaved everything cut everything she acts like she's terrified of me she will sit in my lap and hunker down like she's afraid and growl at me and bite at me she's never ever done this I don't know what happened to her y... read more

Again I am sorry you do not like the cut. The groomer said she talked to you about her being matted. I am happy to give you a refund for the grooming. I can also assure you that your dog was NOT given any kind of medication, not only do we not have access to things like that it would be unethical and illegal.
When first started taking my furbaby there she loved it, then she started coming home with weight loss. She spent 11 days there at the end of March and when we brought her home she started using the bathroom in the house. We shrugged it off to her being older (12). We didn't have anywhere else to take her this weekend and decided to give them another try.
