I had BA Hitch do a trailer light/hitch install on my vehicle. I phoned them about a week after the install to explain I had discovered my trailer light plug on the hitch was not working.It never worked. The clerk was very rude and told me two techs sign off on a job before a job is released. "If the lights are not working it’s because you damaged it" was his exact words. I would go as far as saying i would tell anyone who asked these guys were great i have a old car a 81 Honda Civic not your most saved car here in the USA not sure why it seats 4 and gets 33/44 hwy mpg but anyway i love the car and the battery tray rusted thru and the Battery had fallen out no one wanted to help i called every car and welding shop in the area and then someone said to call these guys and he said sure we can fix it just bring it up and will will figure out what is needed and get you a price!
