I had a shattered iPhone 6 screen a while back and they were able to fix it very quickly. I was very happy with it but now the screen seems to be coming loose and actually moves up and down to the point I can hear it clicking when I press on it. I think this might be causing damage under the glass because occasionally the screen or keyboard will go crazy as if I'm touching it when I'm not. Going to have to give them a call to see if they can tighten it down. Other than this I've had zero problems.
They made sure my phone was repaired properly. A couple screens, through no fault of theirs were faulty. They took care of everything and made sure it was correct. Isn't that what you would hope for? Great job.

My daughter Took her phone in to have a cracked screen repaired. During the process of repair the phone was inadvertently broken. The owner immediately called me and said that he would meet me at the Verizon store where we get our phones from and replace the phone. When I got there he was very courteous and wanted to make the situation right. He ended up paying Close to $800 so that she would have a new phone. I didn't have a good experience with this place at all. After the attempted to repair my iphone, (Which they told us there was nothing they could do and refunded us) We brought it to gadget labs in Salem, who told us that what they did managed to possibly damage the phone more than it already was. The person we worked with seemed to not know what he was doing, and they didn't even offer to back up our data. Nothing was fixed, and we were still charged the 60 for the inspection. I recommend Gadget Lab in Salem for a full fix.
Unfortunately it was a software issue with Apple that they couldn't fix, but they did look at it and let me know and didn't even charge me. The guys were very nice and professional.
