This is an ADDITIONAL review as my spouse still banks with this institution, and has for several decades. They indicated that his account was at risk for fraud (which it was not) we recently traveled and returned from Florida and someone called him and urged him to close his current debit card and get another one due to "suspicious" activity. Jenny, the loan officer I had, was super fantastic with skills / professionalism and efficiency that were 2nd to none and to make your time there pleasant, her sence of humor was uplifting and worthy of a 5 star stage performance.
