Dr Ritter and the staff make the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their impressive technology allowed them to do a before-and-after that let me see what my teeth would look like once the braces came off, so I already know I will love the results shown to me after consultation. Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! My son and daughter are both seeing Dr. Gurley for orthodontic treatment and we all LOVE this office. Dr. Gurley is extremely communicative and the office staff is very helpful and friendly. I found his pricing to be very reasonable compared to other estimates I received, and the treatment here has been excellent. I would highly recommend this orthodontist for children or adults.

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider friendly? I didn't feel very welcome Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Did this orthodontist have testimonials and/or before-and-after pictures from previous patients? Yes Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
