Beyond on unprofessional , unreliable do not waste your time! only contact on their own time. not the people you want to plan on your trips or weddings. so happy I figured this out before before jumping in with both feet to plan my wedding it would have been a total disaster burnt to the ground so I don't even know how these people are still in business

Been doing business with these ladies for years! Absolutely the most professional and organized people out there. The staff has been all over the place to see the places they refer, not just people clicking on pictures and telling you to spend your money there. They know where you should go.
