We had a great experience working with Brogan for a patio roof and extending our concrete patio. Tim and the crew did great work, we appreciated how he communicated the timeline, updated us when weather impacted the timeframe and was flexible with our timing needs, too. We've hired this team for three different projects now, and they excel every single time. They first painted the exterior of our previous home, where they also custom-built new handrailings and shutters. Because of that great experience, we chose to work with them again when we moved. For our current home, they painted the exterior and performed extensive stucco repairs. Today, they finished a third job fixing our walls and ceilings after a major replumbing project. Had the exterior of our house painted by Brogan a couple of months ago and they did a great job. We were very happy with the quality of work, cleanup, and attention to detail. I would definitely use them again!

Brogan Painting & Remodeling did a wonderful job of installing our new vanity that was built by River Ridge Custom Cabinetry. They removed the old vanity and faucets and removed the debris. Brogan Painting & Remodeling also did the plumbing work to install the new faucets. I'd highly recommend them to do your bathroom renovation.

We had a great experience with Brogan for our primary bath remodel. The communication with Tim (our project manager) was timely and thorough. The attention to detail with the subcontractors was phenomenal. They were on budget but went a bit over the anticipated timeline (which I was not surprised by due to extensive tile work and a long holiday weekend in the midst of the project). We will certainly utilize their services for future remodeling needs.
