I called to set up a new patient appointment for my 16 year old son. Under my sons benefits it states he can choose DrBrogan as a new provider. The lady that works the front desk for DrBrogan is RUDE. She acts as if she’s irritated for you calling to set up a new patient appointment! All I can say is DO BETTER!
I’ve seen Dr Brogan throughout my whole childhood, and I’d still be going to her if I didn’t “age out” of pediatrics upon turning 23. She cares so deeply about the well being of her patients, and I’m grateful for all of her efforts to keep me physically and mentally healthy. Thank you for everything!
