Installed 2 new AC units. Have a small issue and they will not even call me about it after multiple phone calls. Do not stand behind their work. Spend your money elsewhere.
Had two heat and air units installed, plus ductwork with two years maintenance included in bid. Once work completed and paid; however, Ben has not been available to fix problems. I understand prioritizing people with no AC when the temperature is high, but failing to return to do repairs for three weeks, failing to return my calls to schedule a time for repairs....unacceptable. Ben Broerman has been extremely helpful and courteous every time we have needed a repair. They replaced our furnace and air conditioner last year, after keeping our older units going way beyond their life expectancy (30 years). I have always received same day service and would highly recommend them.
