No star . Thelady tht ansred was XTRMLY rude 2 stndrd questions. staying it's frustrating every1 asks th same question. Saying there aren't any other appraisers in the area. Which is a Lie. They back appointments up keeping you from getting what you need she said 7-10 DAYS! and some are doing on the spot. It shouldn't take very long to appraise 30 minutes or so. So 7-10 DAYS!! Broer Freeman is the best (and most trusted) jeweler. My parents and grandparents have been going to them for gifts and appraisals for years. They always do beautiful work and are always very upfront and knowledgeable. I inherited a very old piece of jewelry that had some "mystery" stones around in the setting. Broer Freeman was able to identify what they were.
