Outstanding customer service. I had a hot water heater purchased and installed from a company providing plumbing/hvac/electrical. When the hot water heater went bad and was still under warranty the installer did nothing to help. They told me I had to contact the place they purchased the hot water heater from for warranty, which was Broedell plumbing. I contacted them and provided the information they asked for.
