I cant say enough about my experience with this company. They went above and beyond to assist me in fulfilling my hot water heater warranty. He took the time to explain the process and also helped with the delivery. It saved me $400!!! I'm beyond grateful and would highly recommend.
I would just like to say how disappointed I am to hear that Lisa Leblanc was let go she was the best part of my experience with Brodel and outstanding asset to your company any time I needed any Lisa was right on it we did a complete remodel and she made a stressful time fun and easy people like Lisa are hard to come by , so extremely organized and knew her job inside and out . She will be missed dearly.

Call Deborah lock nut, for my faucet was told no don’t have those which is bizarre to me that a plumbing supply company won’t have locknuts for a faucet man on the phone was very short rude. Could care less what I had to say would not recommend calling Noor going to the store.
