Former satisfied customers from an entire remodel 10 years ago; however, recently went to order a shower head replacement, didn't hear from Broedell in about two weeks, stopped by and was told there was an issue. Said it would be addressed and we would receive a call; didnot receive a call so stopped by and without hardly an apology was told that Grohen had cancelled the store's acct. and they were unaware. and they were addressing. Long story short, asked for a refund as totally not satisfied with customer service.

I'm in the midst of a major remodel project and needed to buy a significant amount of plumbing supplies. My contractor recommended Broedell and I have had an exceptional experience thus far. I worked with Chris Nash and truly appreciated his deep expertise and customer focus. I am one happy customer and enthusiastically recommend Broedell.
I was recommend to purchase a toilet from this location by my plumber. I am so glad I did. Spoke with David over the phone and he was awesome! Asked for him at the counter and he remembered everything we spoke about days before. I mentioned needing a hot water heater while processing paperwork. David right away told me about a deal they have. So I not only left with the toilet at a great price, but also a water heater. He saved me time, money and hassle. My new go to for any plumbing supplies. Thanks David ..
Very friendly and helpful but they received the wrong part for me twice. I try to buy local but this cost me a trip charge.
