Brodys is awesome! I probably called 5 different times telling them Id be bringing my car in, but life has been really crazy so it took awhile to actually bring it in. Once we had it in, they promptly diagnosed the issue and charged me just over 30$ for the entire fix. I asked for them to leave the keys in the car so that I could pick the car up after hours and they agreed and sent me the invoice to my phone so I could pay. My mom, dad (& now ******* husband) have been going to Brodys for years. Probably since they first opened.They're honestly the best! It begins & ends with *** at the front desk who's sincerely the nicest guy. Elsewhere, as a **************** of elderly parents I worried about getting taken advantage of. Also about being pressured to get services.There's no concern at Brodys.
Excellent customer service. Needed tires switched from Winter to my all terrain summer tires. Called they got me on the schedule, in-out in under an hour. Didnt ask to upsell new tires, etc and pricing was fair. Would recommend.
I took an older car in with an oil leak. I was expecting the worst but it turned out to just be a cracked oil filter. They could have taken me to the cleaners for all I know about oil leaks but they fixed it up for the price of an oil change. Totally honest shop.
