they are uncaring for patients who have mental disability. they have a totally different recollection of my final appointment. They said I said they were to slow. They are. said I said I was going somewhere else. I had to have 22 teeth extracted and have blood thinners and they don't have anethesia! They recommended an oral surgeon that didn't take insurance! So I had to find one! I have ptsd, anxiety disorder, take antipsychotic meds and major depression.
Currently in my 19th minute of being on hold just trying to schedule a physical. This place is perpetually understaffed and it’s incredibly frustrating for parents trying to keep their children’s appointments up to date. ...still on hold after typing this review, btw.
Great folks, great care, great prices. Special kudos to Dr Bradley, teaching dental medicine and bedside manner that includes enjoying your work.
It's always something. Every single time so over this place the worst ever.

Horrible lack of care. Came close to breaking my husbands jaw by fighting to pull a broken tooth. Giving him one numbing shot to begin with and nothing to ease the breakthrough pain of having a tooth that was already making him miserable pulled
