I had a very unpleasant experience with Brody. I had two dampers with no air coming out of them. The Brody tech came and determined I needed to replace a damper. The price was reasonable although I was surprised that the service charge was not going to the cost of repairs. Brody came to make the repairs and when they finished three registers had no air coming out of them. I pointed this out to the repair person.
