Came very next day, had original estimate to cost $4000 or more to change everything,to my fix AC. Brody fixed the problem without changing my entire AC unit. They did it for less than $700 and in less than an hour, including giving my AC the yearly care and check up that it needs. Would definitely recommend for any one, great people and great services.

When your AC dies during the hottest part of summer, I think you are duty-bound to give a positive review to any company that helps you out. I had two, but in the end my business and my thanks go to Brody. Bill came out last year to add freon to my old unit, extending its life by a bit. This year when it started making a horrible sound after a string of 90° days, he came out to diagnose it and, although it seemed to be the compressor and not very good news, he still gave it his best shot trying to fix it. Brody Heating has been working with me since I inspected the home I now live in. In addition to seasonal HVAC service, they were able to quickly fit me into their schedule when my AC stopped functioning this summer. The technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. I live in the east end and my understanding is that they are often working in this part of town.
