Shawn McCourt was our realtor and he was terrific! He was a great communicator, very responsive, highly knowledgeable and his advice was sage. We had very little time to find a house, negotiate a deal and work through the close process. It went so smoothly that I can hardly believe it. You will not be sorry if you work with Shawn.
Shawn truly is exceptional! Both my husband and I had been realtors earlier in our careers, and it was such a joy to work with someone truly professional, knowledgeable and nice all at the same time. Shawn knows his inventory, pays attention to what your looking for, and doesn't try to push his own agenda. He did such a great job at guiding us through the process- so glad we found him! Thanks Shawn!

She answered at least a thousand questions, was available and responded quickly to calls and texts, walked me back from the cliff more times than I care to share, and has the most wonderful sense of humor and ability to put you at your ease. I'm so gr... read more
