We moved to Sequim from the East Coast. We worked with Shawn McCord who helped enormously with the transition. We asked a lot of him and he never said no. I highly recommend him and would use him again.
With rising interest rates and the looming threat of a potential tax war, selling our house was taking longer than expected.
