Concierge are incredible (Gene and Howard are the best in NYC), the apartment I rented was fully renovated except they forgot to install ventilation in the kitchen above the stove and refused to do so after I signed. One star for the way Brodsky treated the Asian American woman being attack violently outside the building (look it up, from 2021 - they closed the door on her as she was being kicked in the gut on the ground).
