dr brodner came highly recommended to me. I'm sure he's a great dr, or was once. his staff was nice, and polite... and totally incompetent. I had 4 appointments to treat my ear, 2 in office and 2 at treatment center. the treatment center not only attempted to treat the wrong ear (per dr's orders) and neglected the problem I went there for, they made the problem worse. upon notifying the office, they promised to book an appointment for me with a new treatment center. no follow up. never heard from this treatment center. w... read more
