Owner is super nice, however I can't say the same about mechanics who have simply brutalized my van.Dropped off with a broken tranny, got it back with working tranny, but everything else broken (backup sensors, door ajar, doors no longer slide, backup lights no longer work).And to top it all off, their mechanics lifted the vehicle by its body and completely damaged it to a point where the sliding door would not open; so what they did is they started hammering metal back i… See more

Everything but I’m a little bit biased.
Super bummed. Want to support local and develop a relationship with a company I could trust. Instead they pushed their crap brand tires that weren’t cheap that should last “50,000-60,000 miles if your wife just drives around town.” 35,000 later they say the exact opposite of why they didn’t last. Went to Costco and got it done quicker, way cheaper, and way easier. Sorry local business but your service counts. I would pay a premium to support local but felt like they took advantage of us. Never again Brodie’s. . .
