Horrible customer service skills with amanda!!! Waited for our food for 2 hours and finally left after just asking that it be boxed up! It still wasnt even ready!!! And amanda thru a loud verbally abusive temper tantrum when we ask to just cancel the order because we had a train to catch!!!!
Arrived around 1:30 and ordered cocktails...15 min later they arrived..ordered food..an hour later 2:45 we checked on food..were told it would be ready soon...30 minutes later ...3:15 went inside to go ahead and pay and just ask for food to be wrapped up since we had a 4:00 train to catch...after paying, discovered that our food had not even begun to be prepared!! Went once before, had an aggressively mediocre meal, nothing to write home about one way or another. Was enticed back in tonight by the "half off burgers" sign outside. Burgers were actually not bad, and waitress was great, but she forgot to ring up the special. We brought it up and she came back and told us the owner would only honor my plain "Brody burger" while my friend's cowboy burger (a dollar extra) didn't qualify. The lobstah Reuben was spectacular! Sweet potato fries were great too, crispy and not greasy. �
Waitress was super helpful and kitchen was accommodating with special diet requests! The Sunday Funday music was awesome and the patrons were welcoming and friendly!
