Brodies auto body took great care of my car as a matter of fact the buffed out a big scratch on my door for nothing since I got some service work . Customer service is the worst I have experienced in my entire life. Robin Keele is confrontational and has no traits of a decent human being. Instead of answering questions and giving clarifications, she was dismissive, argumentative, and has complete disregard of the customer. She tried to justify her rudeness that she is busy because no one works anymore because of the government subsidies which I have nothing to do with. I recently visited Brodies Auto Body Shop. This is my go-to shop for any auto body work. Brodies gives exceptional service, going beyond just doing repairs. For example, the last time I was there, they washed my car and even cleaned it on the inside. I have never received this high level of service in any other body shops I have used.They also assisted me in renting a car.
