I’ve been dealing with this company for over twelve years and can tell you hands up they are horrible!! They are now charging me outrages law fees because someone in their office didn’t process my payment. Though they won’t admit it and are extremely sarcastic and rude.
Very poor communication from Brodie Management. We've had our HOA payments automated for the last few years, all of a sudden it stopped by no fault of ours and they failed to reach out directly to us via phone or email. Of all the years we've never recieved any statements and barely any communication. Overall i would rate 0 if there was an option The person who takes calls needs training and accounting fails to pick up calls or return any calls. The company is in the business of collecting payments and lacks customer skills.
Hands-down, one of the worst companies to ever manage a property’s.they do literally absolutely nothing. Always Claim that they are not responsible for anything in the community. There are potholes everywhere In the community they won't fix. The grounds crew do's not show up half the time and if they need to get in your backyard They will trash it and leave it for you.
