Towed my truck and cost me 500$ because I have a magnet on my truck. Thanks Brodie! Your more worried about towing a resident then having clean and safe. Neighborhoods! Lived in my townhouse for 7 years alongside other blue collar workers like myself. Some of us are fortunate enough to bring home work vehicles to get to and from work. This year, in the Meadowcroft community in Crofton, all of a sudden, work vehicles are no longer allowed to park here. Instead we all have to line up out on the street (where cars are broken into almost nightly, as well as in the community), and just hope for the best. False advertising. Brodie does not manage.
I’ve been dealing with this company for over twelve years and can tell you hands up they are horrible!! They are now charging me outrages law fees because someone in their office didn’t process my payment. Though they won’t admit it and are extremely sarcastic and rude.
Very poor communication from Brodie Management. We've had our HOA payments automated for the last few years, all of a sudden it stopped by no fault of ours and they failed to reach out directly to us via phone or email. Of all the years we've never recieved any statements and barely any communication. Overall i would rate 0 if there was an option The person who takes calls needs training and accounting fails to pick up calls or return any calls. The company is in the business of collecting payments and lacks customer skills.
