loved the care and attention my dog recieved and all staff were very friendly. The office was very clean! doctor listened to all my concerns and gave me options unlike my previous vet that just kept charging me for random tests. very affordable also! my dog is very skiddish and hides underneath me but she warmed up to the vet by the end of visit and even let the vet pet her. i will def be returning with Bella for all checkups.
I also felt as if I was going to a new vet and not in a good way. I've been going to this office for 18 years but am not happy with the service I recieved during my last visit. We were made to wait in a tiny hot room for far too long. My dog was given unnecessary tests and the cost is much higher. They were trying to push another procedure for my next visit. It felt as if they only cared about the money.
