Used to be great, have been customer for 29 years. Lately, not so much. Called for furnace cleaning. Told system was down, would call right back. They called back a week later. Used to come right away for cleaning. Gave me an appointment 30 days from now.
I've been a customer of Brodeur's Oil/ Hop Energy for 8 years. I'll never ever do business with them again after a mistake they made with my credit card. They have an archaic system and no one could tell me what happened. After trying to sort it out for over a month and being bounced back and forth - being told several different stories, they sent me to collections for an error they made on my account. I do NOT recommend.
Great service. Jo-ann was very helpful. I will be using brodeurs every winter. A lot better customer service then Save Way petroleum.
We started with Brodeur's service in 2004. Annual maintenance of our furnace as well as Oil deliveries. The service they have provided to us has been wonderful and we have recommended their service to friends of ours as well. Thank You.
