Located across the street from our original deli, Broders' Cucina Italiana, Broders' Pasta Bar has taken the art of fresh pasta one step further. While the Cucina sells pasta to customers who want to cook at home, the pasta bar was designed to delight our customers with pasta cooked the way it is meant to be. Borders has some fresh made pasta dishes and an atmosphere that is very chill. Not to mention, they also have a carrot cake that you need to taste to believe.
Every meal that I have ever had here has been amazing. This is probably the only Italian restaurant in Minnesota that could survive shoulder to shoulder with great Italian restaurants in NYC.
I was at my salon and this restaurant came up on diners drive ins and dives. We were going to the Chris Stapleton concert in Minneapolis. What a way to complete our visit. Thank you Jakub!
