Extremely unprofessional and suspicious experience at Broder Motors. I brought my Ford Explorer in to fix a lack of heat on the passenger side. They replaced a sensor I never had issues with, didn't fix the problem, and then demanded $2,647.74 for a heater core replacement. When I went to pick up my car, they refused to show me the receipt before I paid and became hostile when I asked questions.
