I’ve Been Going To Dr. Broder I’m Very Dissatisfied With Him. My Primary Dr. Has Me On Pain Meds For My Condition, And They Found Out And Refuse To Prescribe me Headache Medication Which Is Not A Narcotic. They Were Very Uncaring From The Secretary To The Dr. I Felt They Could Care Less About Me. This is really the time when I need the care the right side of my head is numb and so are my lips I explain that to them and they could care less ! so I must find me another good caring loving doctor And I certainly would not recomm... read more

Business response:

Pain medication is not appropriate for numbness. Also, it is NEVER a good practice to have two doctors prescribing pain medications, narcotics or not! That is how people develop serious drug interactions. We always insist that only ONE doctor prescribe pain medications. I am sure your doctor refused to give you more drugs for the same reason I didn't. Masking your symptoms with drugs is not the solution.

Dr. Broder spent a lot of time with me, explaining my test results. He showed me my MRI scans, comparing the MRI pictures from my old neurologist. He is a good listener. I left the office feeling better about my treatment.

MIXED AT BEST. HE TOLD ME THAT AGEING, (OLD AGE) IS A DISEASE! I FOUND THAT UNACCEPTABLY DEPRESSING! HIS EEG RESULTS EXPLANATION WAS INCOMPREHENSIBLE AND HE DID NOT ATTEMPT TO EXPLAIN CERVICAL TEST RESULTS. HIS OFFICE DID SEND THEM ALL TO MY PRIMARY PHYSICIAN. I WAS NOT SATISFIED AND WOULD NEITHER RETURN NOR RECOMMEND.

I have been seeing his P. A. for several months now. Office staff is completely unorganized, I've had 3 appointments which they've rescheduled 4 times. I saw Dr. Broder once, he was going to give me a nerve block which Marlyce never bothered to explain what it was etc. Doctor came8 In exam room carrying ONE latex exam glove and a gauze pass covered in antiseptic, laid then on the bare exam table. He put his glove on them touched his bare head and several items in the cabinet.... He had

Dr. Broder was very professional and had great bedside manner. He showed concern for my problem and ordered the appropriate tests. He also took time to explain the test results in a way that I could understand it.

Terrible bedside manner. Never explained condition or followed up with patient. Left hospital just as confused as entered. Treats patients like appliances.

Business response:

I was consulted to see your mother when she was admitted to the hospital with confusion. I asked her a series of standardized questions to determine the degree of impairment. Yes, the questioning was impersonal and blunt, its supposed to be. Its wasn't meant to insult her, embarrass her or make her look (or feel) stupid. I am sorry you took it this way. Your mom's doctor has the results of her testing.

Dr. Broder has always taken wonderful care of both my husband and myself. When I was admitted into the hospital, they told me I would be in a wheelchair. I told Dr. Broder I wanted to walk he worked with my primary care to make sure I got what I needed. He has the best bedside manner and his office staff are very good. Don't blame Dr. Broder for your insurance problems.
