First off, their whole office building is outdated, was not happy with the outcome of my visit. I got hurt at work and had to be seen by him cause he's on the list for worker's comp. Told him I was having shoulder pain and tingling in my arm. I also hurt my back but my shoulder was bothering me the most. I told him I was not coming back for my follow up appointment. I would never Dr. Broder again if my life depended on it. I was referred to him for workmans comp for a spinal injury. He did no x-rays, no MRI referrals and wrote me a prescription for naproxen and told me to go to physical therapy without even knowing what was actually wrong with me, which could severely worsen the situation (as told to me by my doctor when I went to see her after the horrible experience with him). They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
