Quick, friendly service and they got my mower blade super sharp.
I took my mower in for repair last week and was told it would be about a month for my repairs to be completed. I went back four days later to look for a used mower to get me by until mine was repaired. The person who helped me said they would expedite the repair and have the work done within the week so I didn't have to buy a used mower. They didn't have to do that and could have sold me a used mower, but instead they chose to fast-track my repairs. They saved me from spending more money and it is greatly appreciated. Horrible customer service. Took my mower in to get a belt fixed. They didn’t fix the belt and charged me $30 bucks to get my mower back stating a “service fee” I asked the guy what service he did to my mower since it wasn’t fixed. And he said he spent 30 mins diagnosing my mowing….. it’s a broken belt you can plainly see. Also I told you the reason why I. Thought it in was for a broken belt. So apparently Brody’s has a guy on the clock making 60 bucks an hour to diagnose broken belts. I will never go there again.
