Only rating them two stars just because they answer the phone. I’ve called multiple times trying to receive small engine parts, but they do not want to sell you parts because they just want to draw you in for their business only. Engulfed in greed, I would not recommend this company to anybody if you need small engines work come to me I’ll do it . better than them too anyway
Quick, friendly service and they got my mower blade super sharp.
I took my mower in for repair last week and was told it would be about a month for my repairs to be completed. I went back four days later to look for a used mower to get me by until mine was repaired. The person who helped me said they would expedite the repair and have the work done within the week so I didn't have to buy a used mower. They didn't have to do that and could have sold me a used mower, but instead they chose to fast-track my repairs. They saved me from spending more money and it is greatly appreciated.
