Great job diagnosing and had it done by next AM And price was very reasonable!
Always friendly, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, worked on both my pressure washer and my snow blower, they both work great.
Expensive repair on a small Craftsman mower. Took it in with a full tank of fresh gasoline. When I brought it home the tank was completely empty. Maybe they have to empty it for safety, but I would think as a gesture of appreciation for over $120, they would put in 50 cents in gas. I talked to the owner, all she did was interrupt me & explain why they empty out the gas. She could’ve easily made it right and failed to even mention doing anything or to say any kind of appreciation for the business.
Absolutely wonderful customer service. They have custom ordered small engine parts for me in the past I couldn’t find locally or online.
