The vehicle I had possession of was involved in an accident. While I was collecting the funds to pay for the deductible, Broadbeck Insurance decided to cancel the claim. I had a police report, details and was initially told that there was no time limit on the claim submission, however in a very short period of time the claim was closed without my knowledge. I have known Bob for many years. It was great doing business with him. To be honest I was looking for premium relief from an existing policy and Bob came through. If you are in Indiana like me you should consider Brodbeck Porter for your insurance needs.
Had a drain pipe collapse and my basement flooded two weeks before our baby was due. Called Jake who answered right away and got me in contact with my insurance provider immediately, and was able to get reimbursed before baby came. I was lucky I was even covered for the services needed to fix it. You just don’t see service like Brodbeck Porter anymore!
If I could give zero stars I would. I gave this guy ( Jake) my information 3 weeks ago and he still hasn't been able to put a quote together. He has asked me for the same information multiple times. ( like,dude! Read your emails! And then all he does is make excuses What a waste of time. Run! Don't walk away from this place.
