Take a seat in the family-oriented ambiance and feast on some excellent Vietnamese food at Brodard. I love how these people are always smiling and greeting their customers warmly. There are other things that I would want to mention but it all sum it up to one, awesome place.

Go here for the rolls The spring rolls and nem nuong rolls are some of the best in Orange County. They have a full staff that just makes the spring/nem nuong rolls. I'd give these rolls five star due to its freshness and great tasting. Brodard also offers very tasty sauce with these rolls. Unfortunately, all the other food on the menu tastes below average and I would not recommend it. I would only recommends the rolls here. Restaurant is fairly clean and staff is friendly.

AMAZING SPRING ROLLS! Do you want to try the best of the best in Vietnamese spring rolls? Then you must head over to Brodard Restaurant specializing in Vietnamese Cuisine. The spring rolls there are so good especially their meat filling ( banh cuon nem). Other things are good there too but they are best known for their spring rolls. The wait is long so if you want other things to try you might want to look at other things but you should definitely try their spring rolls if you do go.

Bring a Vietnamese friend. – I would be completely lost if I'm not with a Vietnamese friend when I come here. They have a wide assortment of dishes to pick from, and figuring out what you're going to have can be an adventure. Most of the patrons are Vietnamese, as is the staff, so its best to be careful you make your order as clear as possible to avoid any misunderstandings later on. This is a large friendly restaurant that can accommodate a lunch group, or if you have children in your party. If you're Vietnamese you'll be a... read more

Had Better – I was in the area and I wanted to try Brodard, famous for their nem cuong. I thought the nem was a bit salty and the egg rolls were not crunchy enough. The sauce was also a bit water downed. The nem cuong was a bit pricey as well. I had a hard time looking for the restaurant because it was located in the back of a market next to the dumpsters which isn't really appealing. I had really authentic nem at Nem Nuong Ninh Hoa in Rosemead however the wait is a bit long but it's definitely worth it. They sell 4 rolls of... read more

Best Rolls – The best rolls around. This place is always packed at peak hours and just about every table order the rolls. They come in two choices. The nem cuong (grilled pork paste) or the chao tom cuong (grilled shrimp paste on sugar cane). They are both delicious. The sauce for these rolls are good, but a bit salty. I have not tasted a better roll yet in Southern California, or anywhere else. Except for when I visited central Vietnam, where this dish was originated and famous for.
