This company was fine at first, but I have found out how incompetent they are. When they installed a new furnace for us, they told us it would qualify for the tax credit and we took them at their word. It turns out they knew nothing about the facts of the tax credit and our furnace didn't qualify at all. Their office lady kept telling me it qualified because she was unable to understand the difference between a furnace and a boiler and a water heater.
