My mom had been a loyal client here for a long time when Alyssa was working at the salon — she always had a great experience. Unfortunately, since Alyssa left, our recent visit was really disappointing. Lauren asked my mom to come in around 4:45 (or earlier if possible), so I left work early to make sure she got there on time.
