I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. Before my appointment, I spent time creating a detailed bulletin with my haircut and color preferences. I also showed multiple inspiration photos and clearly explained that I wanted an ash mushroom brown with very fine babylights, soft blended highlights, and cool tones while avoiding any red, orange, copper, or golden tones. Racist? You can decide. I called and scheduled an appointment as a new client and was set to see stylist Maddie I believe is her name. My long brown hair self walk in with my two children. An older lady, I believe the mother, was cutting a customer‘s hair, no big deal. She look at me ‘twice’ and continued on. A customer after us walks in with her daughter.
