We traveled to Brockville Hyundai on the advice of a couple friends. My wife and I were walking around looking at the 2026 Palisade Hybrid's, when a lady pulled up and on her day off I approached her asking if she was in sales and she was not, but works in the finance department. I had got into a car accident with a deer about a month ago and just recently bought a used car from Hyundai Brockville. The staff were excellent and knowledgeable! Amber, Allison, Dez and Heather and another sale manager where all super supportive to get my new used car ready for the road! I really want to give another shout out to Amber as she was the main person supporting me through purchasing the vehicle. It was a really a team effort to get my car ready and they all pulled through to support me to purchase my vehicle.
