We have been going to Brockville Honda for our last 5 vehicles. We always have great service from beginning to end - which includes having. Our vehicle serviced there as well. Connor Tidman helped us the last time we were there. He went above and beyond helping us and was able to answer all our questions. He even called in after the purchase to make sure everything was going ok and said to contact him if we had any questions. I have never had such great ongoing treatment from any other car dealership. They need to figure out the light timer...so that deliveries aren't made overnight in complete darkness...when deliveries are coming overnight...maybe should plow and salt earlier..
Editing to add our recent experience. It was a pleasure working with Jonnah to purchase my new car recently! The process was easy, he was friendly and knowledgeable, and made my first new car purchase a breeze. I love my new car! Thanks again, Jonnah and Honda Brockville! I had a wonderful experience this past week at Brockville Honda! I went into my initial appointment knowing exactly what I was looking for, having done my (extensive) research. Alicia Hearth, the salesperson I worked with, was friendly and took me seriously (which is important ti me as a single woman knowing what the car industry can sometimes be like).
