I have lived here for 32 years and the place is very nice. |They are are quick to replace things and help if something breaks. The place is well maintained and cleaned daily. In the winter they ensure the parking lot is plowed and cleared. They have very nice management that is always friendly and helpful. I have lived in this safe, comfortable, spacious apartment unit in Brockville for almost two years. There are so many things that I appreciate about my home, not the least of which is the wonderful, dedicated team that look after our building, units and of course the people here. A huge shout out to the building's manager, Kelly, and her dedicated team, including Duncan, Crystal, Bobby and Bob. This dedicated team keep our building spotless inside and out.
