Every other city/town has clean roads when a snowstorm hits. Once you hit Brockton, it's like they're waiting on someone else to do it.
Can anyone explain to me why there are no city workers clearing off the sidewalks? Do you guys realize there's old people and children who need them so that way they don't get hit by cars.
