My kids have been patients here since they were babies, and now my oldest is 10. This office used to run wonderfully with friendly, professional staff. Unfortunately, since Dr. Ruiz retired and sold the practice, the experience has really gone downhill. The staff always seem rushed. They rarely greet patients or parents, don’t introduce themselves, and give little explanation about what they’re doing. I’m considering contacting The Board Of Registration in Dentistry due to the unpleasant experience My children and I encountered on the day of Sept. 5th 2025, the day of My baby’s appointment. As soon as I walked into the room I was suddenly bombarded with why I chose not to extract My 1 year old’s teeth instead of discussing the reasoning of that day’s appointment.
