I had to cool off a few days before writing this review. I am highly disappointed, disgusted and hurt. I paid for a ride and stretcher for my 84y.o father to be brought home on Thursday, 11/20/24, after 2 months in a rehab facility after a broken hip and surgery. He lives on the second level and needed assistance. He was due for an 11am pickup and they were late, which with Boston traffic I didn't think anything of it.
