I was told tonight Monday by my daughter her roommate has threatened to kill her 3 nights in a row. She's brought to staff & just left her in the room!! Said They would move my daughter Tuesday. Really? My niece went up there around 10pm & the 2 workers in there, as my niece is explaining all this he's having a HUGE chuckle about it! I'm Def not done with this place. Calls r being made...DMH.
Adult Daughter was sent here after a suicide attempt. She has severe allergies and was given foods containing her allergy every day. Kitchen staff needs to be trained in allergen safety and be able to read English as most food packaging is labeled in English. I had to call ambulance to have her checked out while hospitalized here as she was having some kind of reaction and was being ignored. The hospital environment is wonderful ! But the medical service is very irresponsible for the patients. Sure , I was hurted by the kind of medical service as the patient’s parents. The staffs are no sympathy and no kindness when they need take the medical responsibility to the patient safe! Cold blood here, trash medical center here. Don’t come here if you have good insurance .
