I missed a call from a loved one and i tried to call back . Didn’t know what unit this person was on so i called and talked to unit one they told me they couldn’t tell me if that person was there . Called unit two they asked me what i was calling for i told them i missed a call from someone there and i was wondering if they could let this person know they didn’t even ask the name and said “ok” and hung up in my face . This whole place is just stress inducing. Its honestly run like total trash. They never pick up calls, out door time is a gift, some staff couldn't be bothered with any problems, they'll mess up your clothes in the washer or sometimes just lose it completely and say "you'll be reinbersed" there's been multiple fights mainly on IP 3 just while me being there for 6 days all while the staff was just there like 🤷‍♀️. And forget about using your phone, even if it's for college or a remote job. Overall the staff are disorganized ... read more

This place is horrible. They never answer the phone, cannot get any information on a relative who has been there for 60 days. She is allowed to use the phone to call out at all hours of the night. She calls to say she is being abused and no one does anything. They don't seem to be doing anything to stabilize her. Visiting policy is a joke. Only 6-8 pm on weekdays and 1-3 & 6-8 on weekends. Only allowed 30 minutes, there is only one room to visit, so if someone is there before you, you have to wait. Patient told that we could... read more
