I was here for 3 days and I liked my experience the nurses were very caring and the food was good I had a wonderful roommate and made some friends hope I can go back to this hospital ❤
They do not deserve any stars at all, and quite frankly this facility needs to be shut down. The staff, from the doctors, to the supposed mental health associates, to the nurses, to the administrators, to the receptionists, are all terrible at their job, do not care about patients, and are there to collect a check and go home. They abuse patients mainly psychologically, emotionally and physically from denying hygiene needs to just basically ignoring patients overall. I don't even know why I have to give it a star at all to be able to post. My cousin was transferred to the behavioral center from the hospital, last week. No one is ever there (at the front desk or at the nursing units) to answer the phone, I have called about 6 times during the week and on the weekend. I left 3 messages, no one ever called me back. And they are adamant that you called them to make sure the appropriate arrangement is made and consent is giving so you can visit. How the hell is anyone suppose to do that if no... read more
Had a friend of mine end up here. Every aspect of their operation seems fakakta. A lot of peoples' time is being wasted here. I feel like a cockroach in a Russian novel.
No stars if it was an option. DO NOT GO HERE or put someone you love here. Staff are not only disrespectful and careless with patients but very lazy, will not do things for basic human rights. IE. Keeping clean enviernment, support for patients, personal care, staff and patient management ect. Nursing health code requirements not met. Leaving patients to clean up other patients bodily fluids due to it being "inconvenient " for them in the moment.
