We had used Brock’s Landscaping 20 years ago after they were recommended by Van Beeks to install armour stone in our garden. We were very pleased with their work, so when our front walkway at our next home began to sink, we contacted Brock’s to see if they did interlocking stone relay/repair. Brock has awful customer service skills and seems to be lacking the basic communication skills necessary to hold a civil conversation. Answers questions in a roundabout way and begins to talk in circles while not letting you get a word in edgewise. When we spoke he seemed to vent his frustrations with his company on the customer.
